Pack Your Items
Carefully place the curtains or blinds in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, brackets, and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
